Right of Return - Replacement
In case of shipment from our store of a product other than that of the order or defective product, the customer has the right to request its replacement, within 48 hours from the delivery of the product to him.
The customer must report the problem to our store, by phone at 2681026911 or via e-mail at info@siapatisjewellery.gr within the above 48-hour deadline. The product should be sent with a postal company that will be indicated by a representative of our store, within its original packaging and accompanied by all its documents, such as proof of purchase, warranty and instructions.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the order to him, returning the products in their original state, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs. The condition for exercising the above right is that the product has not been previously converted at the request of the customer - such as the engraving of wedding rings -, that the product has not been worn out, that its labels have not been removed, that it must be returned to its original packaging and accompanied by all its documents, such as proof of purchase, guarantee and instructions.
Before exercising the above right, the customer is obliged to notify our store by phone at 2681026911 or via e-mail at info@siapatisjewellery.gr. If the above conditions are met, our store will refund the price either by canceling the charge, or by crediting the customer's card, or by depositing the money in a bank account, within 30 days from the day of receipt of the product from our store . Any damage or loss of the product during transport - return after exercising the right of withdrawal, is the responsibility of the customer.
If the product returned after exercising the above right is worn out, in whole or in part, and does not meet the above conditions, our store reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer. The compensation will be determined unilaterally by our store after evaluation of the product and will be offset by the customer's claim from the price paid.
